Work Flow Process
Auditors get the schedules on their tabs and submits the audit after checking all details as per the questionnaire. Photographs can be clicked for evidence along with more details in remarks. Status of the audit is maintained at every stage like schedules, waiting for acceptance, rejected, submitted etc. Supervisors accept or reject the audits based on Auditor inputs. Once accepted, audit is successfully completed and if rejected, rejection notification with reason for rejection goes to Auditor. Auditor then resubmits the audit after taking required actions. Email notifications are sent to auditors after audit schedule, audit acceptance , rejection etc.
