  • The client was using HRMS system as SaaS based application from third party vendor for their HR Operation. Also customer was looking to enable employee and manager self services capabilities along with cross module integrations.

  • Employee central, PMGM, RCM, ONB, LMS, Compensation & Succession modules are implemented.
    SAP standard solution “InfoPorter” used to migrate existing employee master data to Successfactors.
    We understood all existing HR business processes & challenges and worked on consultative approach for each business solution.
  • Multi hatter review mechanism configured in PMGM module which defines the cross module role in Employee central.
  • Integration with SAP S4 Payroll other multiple applications
  • SAP CPI is used for Integrations along with Data monitoring facilities.
  • Successfactors cross modules integrations are highly utilized for robust solution.
  • Timeline: Program implemented in 12 months and 3 month hyper care support, which is customer suggested as per internal road map.
